DMCA Policy

Notice of Copyright Infringement

Voco IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. If you believe that any content available through Voco IPTV infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information, including address, phone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

All DMCA notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent:

Counter-Notification Process

If content you submitted was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number and email address
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Takedown and Repeat Infringer Policy

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Voco IPTV will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
