Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel at any time. Your service continues to run until the end of the current billing period — cancelling does not cut off access early or issue a partial-period refund on its own.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued at our discretion for unresolved technical issues within 48 hours of purchase. We'll always try to troubleshoot and fix the issue first; a refund is considered when that isn't possible.
